Book an Online Appointment

I will make all attempts to accommodate an appointment at your prefered date, day and time when requesting an online video telehealth appointment. I will not book the appointment until you confirm the date, day and time are suitable and fit in with your schedule.

You will be sent confirmation e-mail with your booking request details. If you do not recieve the email in your main Inbox, please ensure you check your Junk, Trash or Spam folder.

If you wish to speak with me to book your appointment please ensure you provide me with a suitable contact number on the request form.
